The ban is effective immediately.
The case against Kika was opened in November last year, in relation to several international friendly matches played in South Africa in 2010.
He served as the head of national teams at Safa and resigned last year, when Fifa starting investigating him.
Kika, joins the growing list of administrators who have been suspended from all football activities by Fifa’s ethics committee.
His suspension is the latest development involving South Africa, since claims were made by United States authorities in June, that a $10 million bribe was paid to secure the rights to host the 2010 tournament, claims that have been refuted by the government.
