GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEOS - The George Herald Run with the Stars 10km night race kicked off this afternoon at 17:30 at Glenwood House.
This event is organised by the Nedbank Running Club SWD and held under the rules and regulations of Athletics South Africa and Athletics South Western Districts.
Traditionally participants dress up for the event, creating a festive, fun-loving atmosphere. This year’s theme is Mad Hatters Tea Party.
The night race runs in conjunction with the school’s annual fun family event Eden Xperience, organised by the Parents Association.
Carnival games, rides, a colour run, tea garden and raffles kept learners of Glenwood House busy from noon to sundown.
