GEORGE NEWS - Glenwood House College hosted the Independent Schools Rugby Festival 2026 over the Easter weekend, a highlight event forming part of the school’s 20th anniversary celebrations. 

The festival rotates annually between participating schools, including Somerset College, St Andrew’s School, Woodridge College, Cornwall Hill College, Glenwood House College and Uplands College.

This year’s edition brought together more than 300 talented schoolboy rugby players from across South Africa. 

Spectators were treated to high-quality, entertaining rugby in a vibrant festival atmosphere throughout the weekend.
