Ricklia received this award on 17 August when the Southern and Eastern Cape regions of RealNet celebrated their Starry Awards Morning during which top performers were honoured.
The George office also received the accolade for franchise of the year.
Ricklia’s colleagues and clients all agree to the fact that she is service orientated, honest and hard working.
She attributes her success to her heavenly Father as well as the fact that the ‘extra mile’ is a prerequisite in this industry.
