Yesterday SABC acting CEO James Aguma confirmed he and his management team had decided to reappoint Motsoeneng as Group Executive of Corporate Affairs.
But the Public Protector, Advocate Thuli Madonsela has said any senior job for Motsoeneng would break both the spirit and the letter of a court ruling that he was appointed chief operating officer illegally.
Motsoeneng was facing the media for the first time since reports that he'd received over R10 million in a huge bonus payment.
But he wasn't giving any answers.
