Ernest Nkosi has been referred to the Weskoppies Hospital for psychiatric treatment, after he appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates Court yesterday, on charges of contravening the Intelligence Services Act, impersonating a state security official and fraud.
He allegedly contacted several senior government leaders claiming there’s a plot to kill the president using luxury BMW seats lined with poison.
The 26-year-old allegedly sent the emails to the spokesperson of the minister of police, the spokesperson of the Gauteng provincial government, the Crime Intelligence divisional commissioner as well as car dealership BMW South Africa.
