NATIONAL NEWS - According to Hoedspruit police spokesperson, Constable Livhuwani Mulaudzi, the police had recently received numerous complaints about crimes which happened after people were given lifts by strangers.

‘We have received a report from Phalaborwa police about three women who allegedly raped a man when they gave him a lift from Hoedspruit to Phalaborwa.

They were driving a BMW 320i when they picked him up at the hiking spot,’ said Mulaudzi. On the way the unknown suspects offered the man a drink which was unopened.

After drinking the victim became aroused.
