NATIONAL NEWS - The accused allegedly poisoned her baby on 20 February.
A 30-year-old mother was expected to appear in the Zeerust Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, for the murder of her one-year-old baby.
The accused allegedly poisoned her baby on 20 February. The baby was rushed to a local hospital, where she was declared dead.
Later, the woman disclosed that she poisoned her baby because she could no longer take care of her. She was then arrested.
