The prosecution said there was “a representation that is before the director of public prosecution”, which the court needed to consider before deciding to grant bail or not.
As a result of the request, the court decided to adjourn multiple murder accused Lesiba Kekana’s bail hearing to Tuesday when it would be able to view the said evidence on Tuesday.
Kekana faces four charges of murder after he allegedly killed his children in September last year.
Brothers Bokang kekana, 13, Keneilwe Kekana, 10, Hlologelo Kekana, 6, and Lekgoledi Kekana, 4, were brutally stabbed to death and their throats slit with a knife allegedly by their father.
