GEORGE NEWS - Standard Bank recently donated R200 000 to two schools, York High School in George and Hartenbos Primary School in Mossel Bay.
This is part of the bank's investment in the Southern Cape, said Eben Klopper, the Western Cape head of Standard Bank, at the handover.
The bank thanked their clients during an evening at Augusta Grill's Rooftop venue, where clients could mingle with all the heads of departments in the Southern Cape. Standard Bank George will soon launch their Gen 8 branch in the George CBD, showing their commitment to the area.
