GEORGE NEWS & VIDEO - Students of South Cape College George Campus have been protesting since early morning about the non-payment of NSFAS bursary money.
The payment date by NSFAS has been postponed, for a second time, from Friday 18 March.
Students say they cannot pay for their accommodation and also do not have money for food and transport.
They protested at the George Campus in Hibernia Street before moving to the admin building in Mitchell Street.
Police and traffic officials are present.
