GEORGE NEWS FLASH - Approximately 150 homes in Wilderness East have been without power since late yesterday afternoon.
This is due to a cable fault. The area will remain without power until the fault can be located and the cable joined.
Municipal test technicians spent hours searching for the fault, but unfortunately it would seem it is within a compound joint, which makes it extremely difficult to locate.
George Municipality apologizes for the inconvenience.
