GARDEN ROUTE NEWS - South African citizens residing in areas surrounding the following TVET colleges are invited to apply for cellphone repair training:
- West Coast College in Malmesbury and Atlantis (Cape Town, Western Cape).
- Boland College in Stellenbosch and Worcester
- South Cape College in George
General requirements:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Preferably less than 40 years old.
- With proof of residence for the selected area (from local police, councilor or valid statements for accounts).
- Unemployed and fully available for the duration of the training.
- NQF 4 level qualification (Matric or equivalent) with English, Maths or Maths LIteracy or commercial subjects.
- Recognition or prior learning (RPL) in cell phone repairs priority considered.
- Youth, women and people with disabilities receive first preference.
Applications closing date: Tuesday 6 August 2024 at 12:00.
