LOAD SHEDDING NEWS - Due to the loss of five generating units at Kendal Power Station and a generating unit at Duvha Power Station, Stage 4 load shedding will be implemented until further notice.
Eskom will closely monitor the power system and communicate should any significant changes occur.

Consumers are urged to turn off high-usage equipment and where possible to not switch on appliances such as stoves and kettles for at least 30 minutes after load shedding is scheduled to return.
