GEORGE NEWS - The team at Fancourt have managed to restore critical parts of the reservations management system to one central location at the hotel.
This follows after it came to light yesterday that access to servers and e-mails linked to Fancourt Hotel, Manor House and the Links Golf Club, was compromised by an outside intrusion.
Leroy Ferreira, Sales and Marketing Director at Fancourt confirmed this morning that all telephone lines and office extension numbers are currently working as normal. "As this system intrusion was caused by a cyber attack, we cannot go into further details regarding the efforts currently ongoing," said Ferreira.
