GEORGE NEWS - George Municipality would like to inform the public of the directorates that will be closed on certain dates and times for annual year-end functions.
Council has approved these arrangements and Mr Trevor Botha, Municipal Manager of George, assured the public that necessary arrangements have been made so that service delivery remains unhindered and in place.
Closures
1 December
• Office of the Municipal Manager, including, Strategic Services closed from 13:00.
• Library Services from 13:00.
• Vehicle Registrations (next to the train station in Hibernia Street) from 13:00.
7 December
• Sport Development from 13:00.
8 December
• Parks and Recreation from 12:00.
• Electrotechnical Services from 12:00.
• Finance from 13:00.
• Planning from 13:00.
• Fleet Management from 13:00.
• Community Development from 13:00.
14 December
• Human Settlements from 13:00.
15 December
• Legal and Compliance Services from 13:00.
• Corporate Services, including Human Resources, from 13:00.
