GEORGE NEWS - A team from George Municipality Cleansing department transformed an illegal dumping site at the entrance of Thembalethu, corner of Gcakani Street and Nelson Mandela Boulevard, Thembalethu into a beautiful garden.
In the before picture one can see the stacks of refuse bags filled with refuse from the site.
In the after photo recycled tyres were used to create a seating space and beautified with plants.
