GEORGE NEWS - A team of 57 people from Bethel Redding, California, will be visiting Shofar Church in George from 9 to 14 April.
Their outreach programme includes a worship and ministry service in the George Civic Centre on 13 April.
The group consists of students between the ages of 19 and 30 from all over the world who originate from the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding.
Their schedule in George will be packed. They will be visiting prisons, schools, hospitals, businesses and different churches throughout their stay. They will also be visiting surrounding areas for ministry such as Knysna.
"The goal of our ministry outreaches is to build and equip the local church while also showing what is possible when you trust in the Lord. From that place of trust our trips are always full of incredible testimonies. We have seen the sick healed, the lost saved, food multiplied, blind eyes opened, the lame walking, and much more. It is our goal to do just as Jesus did, who came not to condemn but to save," says Jonathan Carter, the spokesperson for the group.
He invited Georgians to the 13 April event. "Starting at 18:30, we will be gathering for a powerful night of ministry at the Civic Centre here in George. Our team will be doing the ministry portion of the night and we are partnering with local churches for the worship. Everyone is welcome to attend."

From George they will proceed to the Free State to minister in Bethlehem.
