GEORGE NEWS - An argument over loud music turned out to be fatal when a 25-year-old man died of a stab wound in Thembalethu on Friday 20 April.
It is alleged that the deceased, Sandile Mbenyana (25), and the suspect, Rodney Holom (34), got into an argument over the playing of music during the Easter weekend already.
According to the police, Mbenyana and friends were playing music at a house when they were approached by Holom, who complained that the music was too loud. The victim and Holom apparently had a confrontation, after which Holom allegedly told Mbenyana, "I will get you one day."
