The exciting newcomer is strongly branded and merchandised, ensuring that customers have a choice of good quality products at low prices.
Each store is tailor-made for the specific town and local market, so customers can expect to find just about everything to their taste. Full House focuses on offering competitive prices, ordering special merchandise, making special delivery arrangements and solving all customer repairs and complaints.
Operating across the Boland and West Coast, its first stores opened in Worcester and Ceres 25 years ago. "We have been looking for 10 years to find the perfect location in George to open a store," says Full House managing director Alistair MacKenzie.
"We have a strong family culture and this atmosphere permeates through the stores. We offer a wide range of value products - furniture, bedding. large and small appliances, TV and electronics. Our credit charges are reasonable and we have a responsible attitude to granting credit."
To offer the best possible service, they have an eCommerce site where customers can apply for credit, make purchases, collect their goods at one of the stores or have it delivered to their door.
With their popular loyalty programme, customers earn 2% loyalty points on every purchase value and earn an additional 2% when they settle their credit account/hire purchase on time.
Customers who refer friends and family will earn 5% in loyalty points on their first purchase value if they are new to Full House.
The new campaign, "Win a Room Makeover", has transformed seven families' lives/rooms over the past two years. They are currently doing two more winners from their 25th birthday celebrations and will celebrate their 10th Room Makeover over Christmas.
MacKenzie invites George residents to visit their new store at 87 Hibernia Street (previously Brand Mania). "We can't wait to meet the people of George!" he says.
