Nestled in the heart of George’s Redberry Farm - but very much its own joyful creation - Framboos is a delightful explosion of colour, flavour and fun.

Known for its handcrafted gelato and its bright, welcoming atmosphere, Framboos has been winning over hearts (and sweet tooths) for over 10 years - proudly local and always serving smiles by the scoop.

Framboos is the passion project of Marike Swanepoel, whose journey began as a waitress at Redberry Farm. Through resilience, hard work and her growing relationship with the farm’s owner, Mark Miller, Marike eventually found herself scooping up the opportunity of a lifetime: to open her own gelato haven.

With the support of her husband, Hendri, and their children, Framboos has blossomed into one of George’s most beloved destinations.

At Framboos, everything starts with gelato - made in small batches with fresh, local ingredients and a whole lot of love.

Their three signature flavours - Strawberry Pavlova, Blueberry and Raspberry - are crafted using strawberries from Redberry Farm and berries from local producers.

Only the finest local Jersey milk is used in the process, ensuring every bite is smooth, creamy and full of flavour.

Whether you’re into bold fruity flavours or rich, creamy classics, each scoop is a celebration of taste and texture.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! The menu is a kid’s (and grown-up’s) dream: gourmet milkshakes, golden Belgian waffles, mini pancakes, gelato ice cream sandwiches, soft serve and gelato tubs perfect for taking the joy home.
