GEORGE BUSINESS NEWS - Guests at the Waterside Bar and Grill, a glorious restaurant at Hyatt Regency Oubaai Resort & Spa, once again enjoyed the monthly food and wine evening where diners are treated to different wines paired with various delectable courses beautifully prepared by Chef Oliver Scholz and his team.

On Thursday 24 April, the owner of our area's very own wine estate, Nico Fourie of Herold Wines, had the chance to showcase their wines and the guests were suitably impressed.
