GEORGE NEWS - The George Old Car Show proved to be a resounding success once again, with the 29th edition setting a new benchmark.
A record 1 167 vehicles from across the country were entered, reaffirming the show’s status as a firm favourite on any motor enthusiast’s calendar.
Cooler, cloudy weather did little to dampen spirits, as thousands of visitors streamed through the gates to admire some of the world’s most classic automotive beauties.
From Vespa scooters and classic tractors to Model T Fords dating back to the 1900s, beautiful Bentleys and Beetles, the popular model car display, and much more, there was something to delight enthusiasts of all ages.
The show was once again well worth the visit, offering a nostalgic journey through motoring history.
