Boeing 737-800 van FlySafair land in George
Dit was Sondag 16 Augustus die eerste keer in maande dat 'n Boeing 737-800 van FlySafair gedurende 'n naweek op die lughawe geland het. Aan boord was 171 passasiers en in die vertreksaal het sowat 180 passasiers en vlugpersoneel gereed gestaan om die terugvlug na Gauteng te haal. 'n Opgewonde Van Wyk was op die lughawe net enkele ure nadat pres. Cyril Ramaphosa aangekondig het dat Suid-Afrika se inperkingsmaatreëls na vlak 2 beweeg.
