Bejaarde vrou in haar huis vermoor
Sy is vir haar Sassa-kaart, 'n pak hoender, koffie en suiker vermoor. Só het Susanna Maria Grovers (71) se gebroke seun, Bramley Mabee, aan die George Herald gesê. "Dis al wat hulle gevat het. 'n Mens se lewe is niks meer werd nie." Na wat beweer word is Grovers Saterdagoggend omstreeks 01:00 in haar huis oorval en versmoor terwyl sy geslaap het. Een van Grovers se bure het Sondag 6 Mei op haar liggaam in haar huis in Epeneta Jantjiestraat afgekom. Sy het op die bed gelê met 'n serp om haar nek.
