GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEO - The ANC, Sanco (South African National Civic Organisation), Phakamani Makhosikazi (NPO), CPF Thembalethu, and George Community Forum added their voice to the "Justice for Cwecwe" cause by picketing in front of the York Park building.
The group of protesters plans to hand over a memorandum to a representative of the Department of Education, situated inside the building.
"Women and children are under siege. We must stand up and work together," says Nomawethu Jantjies-Gushman of the ANC. She talks about their intention to bring rapists to book.
