GEORGE NEWS AND VIDEO - Marchers from Thembalethu have arrived at Unity Park in York Street, across the George Magistrate's Court.
This follows after the brutal murder of Hlompho Mohapi (25) in Herold's Bay on Thursday 5 July.
They are demanding that bail is denied for the man, Phumlani Qusheka, who was arrested last week in connection with Mohapi's murder.
Qusheka will appear in court this morning.
He was arrested on Saturday 7 July in Knysna with Mohapi's cellphone in his possession.
Qusheka (from King William's Town in the Eastern Cape) was allegedly on his way back home at the time of his arrest.
He will appear in the George Magistrate's Court on a charge of possession of stolen goods this morning.
