GEORGE NEWS - Ahead of the elections, an irate resident is expressing his/her feelings about municipal service through a painted message on the outside of the boundary wall of number 1 Glenwood Avenue.

There is not an intercom at the entrance gate and during a visit to the property there was no way of alerting the residents that there was a visitor. Nobody was to be seen in the garden.
