GEORGE NEWS - The community is invited to support a heartfelt cause at De Dekke Restaurant on Friday 25 April, where celebrated artists Roan Ash, Marius du Bruyn and Michael Lindt will perform at the Roan Ash & Friends Fundraiser for Ollie.
Starting at 18:00, this charity concert aims to raise vital funds for Heinrich ‘Ollie’ Terblanche, a young rugby player whose life was transformed after a severe scrum injury.
Ollie, a devoted father, requires a R150 000 specialised wheelchair to reclaim his independence, spend quality time outdoors with his son, and live more fully with his family.
In addition, he needs a stem cell transplant, a critical step in his journey towards recovery.
Organised by Suiderkruis Sekuriteit, this event is a powerful call to action for the public to rally behind Ollie. The evening promises soulful music, emotional moments and a special mid-show auction.
Tickets, priced between R250 and R280, are available on Quicket, at www.quicket.co.za.
