GEORGE NEWS - In support of the 44-year-old woman who was raped by two teenagers last Saturday, community members participated in a run this morning, Saturday 2 December.
The woman was raped near Geelhoutboom in the Blanco area.
Runners took part in 4km, 7km and 12km routes along the main road where she was attacked.
Blanco Neighbourhood Watch patrollers and committee members supported the runners in their patrol vehicles by handing out water.
The victim also took part.
