ELECTION NEWS - A couple from George who cast their special votes on Monday, noticed that the ballot papers were not stamped on the reverse side.
They approached the officials, who stamped the ballot papers. The couple is concerned that many votes will be lost because of such negligence.
Voters are warned to make sure that the reverse side of their ballot paper is stamped, otherwise the vote will not be valid.
Comment from the IEC regarding the incident is being awaited.
