Netbal seëvier tydens Laerskool Blanco se Bokkiedag
Blanco se jaarlikse Bokkiedag verlede Saterdag 6 Junie moes vanjaar aanpas by die weer. Ná die swaar reën wat George verlede week ontvang het, is die rugbyprogram afgestel omdat die velde te nat vir spel was. Die netbalwedstryde het egter voortgegaan en die dag se sportaksie gedra.Skole van regoor die streek het deelgeneem, waaronder Laerskool George-Suid, Laerskool Park, Laerskool Knysna, Laerskool Denneoord, Laerskool Vorentoe, Laerskool Hoekwil, Glenwood House, Holy Cross Primary en Laerskool Van der Hoven. Die wedstrydlys het deurlopende aksie op al drie bane voorsien tot ná 14:00.
