The George Herald's upsetting front page story last week of Tosca the labrador, that died after experiencing neglect of the worst kind, has infuriated Georgians. Many residents would not allow the George Herald to publish their names or faces as they are baying for the blood of Tosca's last owner as well as of the previous owner who gave Tosca away.
