Kinders van die Conville-omgewing is vandag - op die warmste Lentedag tot dusver - toegerus met nuttige wenke vir waterveiligheid, asook goeie swembad-maniere. Sybeth Hughes, 'n ontwikkelingsbeampte van SWD Aquatics, en Richard Botha, 'n opleiding- en ontwikkelingsbeampte van Metro-nooddienste wat ook werksaam is by Eden-lewensredding, het sowat 80 kinders waterwys gemaak by Conville-swembad.
