Olivia Nel, 13, broke Rebecca Meder’s 2015 age-group record of 27.28sec in the 50m freestyle, clocking 26.94.
Nel also won silver in the 50m backstroke in 31.16.
There was no stopping KwaZuluNatal’s Luca Holtzhausen, 12, as he bagged gold medals in the 200m individual medley in 2:21.39, the 50m freestyle in 27.15 and the 50m backstroke in 30.28.
In the 800m freestyle and 200m individual medley, Meder was once again on top in 9:11.89 and 2:24.85 respectively, while later on the 13 year old claimed bronze in the 50m freestyle in 27.91.
Zane Wadelle, 18, was victorious in the 50m backstroke in 26.05 and the 50m freestyle in 23.10.
Kiara Noades, 14, took gold in the 50m backstroke in 31.46 and silver in the 800m freestyle in 9:17.98.
Zane Waddell, 18, was more than happy with his two gold medals.
