GEORGE NEWS - One of the biggest swimming teams to come out of the Garden Route in the past couple of years, the Fish Eagles masters group, is heading to the 37th SA Masters Swimming Championships in Cape Town between 9 and 13 March.
The event was postponed last year and this year 22 swimmers between the ages of 19 and 88, are heading off to compete in March.
"Anyone who wants to join our daily sessions in the pool, dam, river or sea on a social or competitive mindset, is welcome to join," says Fish Eagles' Tanya Osborne.
