RUGBY NEWS - The Vodacom Bulls were given some good news on the injury front as they headed into their bye week knowing that their two lock injuries – RG Snyman and Lood de Jager – should have recovered by the time they return to Loftus in a week’s time.
De Jager withdrew earlier last week with a calf strain while Snyman sustained a cheek fracture against the Crusaders and both are expected to resume training ahead of their showdown with the Sharks in Durban in a fortnight’s time.
There was also good news that Nic de Jager should have recovered from his injury by then, while the two players who withdrew before the game – Tim Agaba and Travis Ismaiel – are also expected to be available for selection.
“It is fortunate for us to report there are no new injury concerns after the Stormers game,” team doctor Herman Rossouw said.
