Marais will be in charge after a successful Absa Currie Cup campaign that led the young Bulls side to the semifinals of the competition, but will get some experienced help in his campaign next year as the Bulls look to manage their young brigade well as they continue to build after several player exoduses.
For starters, the Bulls are set to announce Anton Leonard, former Springbok and former Bulls captain as their new Super Rugby forwards coach after he had spent a few years in George assisting the SWD Eagles.
Leonard began his coaching career with Outeniqua Hoërskool before coaching the juniors at the SWD Eagles and was the assistant coach to Bevin Fortuin over the past season for the Eagles before deciding to head back to Pretoria.
