HARTENBOS NEWS - The Hartenbos Drawwers will be hosting their annual 15km Hartenbos Spar Spring Race on Saturday, 19 October.

This run was supported by more than 300 hundred enthusiastic runners in 2018 and the Hartenbos Drawwers are expecting a larger turnout this year.

Runners are reminded of the early start at 07:00. The 4km fun run will follow at 07:10. It is an easy route to be enjoyed by the entire family. Plenty of parking will be available opposite the Hartenbos Library in Witwatersrand Avenue.

Hartenbos Spar is the main sponsor and athletes can therefore look forward to fabulous prizes and lucky draws.

This event is held under the rules and regulations of ASA and Athletics South Western Districts.

Registration and late entries take place at the Hartenbos Library Hall on Friday, 18 October from 17:00 to 19:00 and Saturday, 19 October from 05:00 to 06:30.

All non-online entries will have an additional R20 premium on advertised rates. "No timing chip, no result," a Hartenbos Drawwers spokesperson warned.
