GEORGE BOWLS NEWS - The second round of the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty Spring Business League provided red-hot bowls on a chilly Thursday evening at the George Bowling Club. John Dory's George is leading the league closely, followed by Lancewood with Seamans Renault in third position.
Two games were drawn: Supporters versus Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty and Chas Everitt versus York High School.
Russell Rich Foods won the session prize for the best result of the evening.
Stadler and Swart Attorneys won the prize for the most touchers during the game and "melktertjies for touchers" were generously sponsored by ooba Home Finance.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and George Bowling Club members are impressed with the standard of bowls being played in the Business League.
