GEORGE NEWS - The Eden (SWD) Snooker Team snatched the honours as overall winners at the 2019 Eden Cue Sport Snooker Triangle Tournament last weekend.
The event was hosted by Eden Cue Sport for the fifth consecutive year, with participating players from the Western and Eastern Cape. Eden's Deon Floris and Kevin Shelver (Mandela Bay) were crowned as the most successful players of the tournament.
"From the break of the first rack right through to the last frame it was cue sport at its best," said Eden Cue Sport chairperson Malcolm Pojie.

He said the tournament has become an annual event that usually serves as preparation for the SA Interprovincial Championship and has become the flagship tournament of Eden Cue Sport.
Pojie and the management committee were commended for an excellent tournament and Eden Cue Sport's hospitality.
The event enjoys the support of both the Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport (funding) and Eden Sports Council.
