The event, a body building, body fitness and health expo, attracted visitors and competitors of all ages from all over the country.
The morning kicked off with registration and prejudging and the main attraction took place later that evening.
Another highlight of the day was an informational seminar about training and nutrition presented by Mario van Biljon, well-known South African body builder.
More than 45 athletes took part in the following categories: Novice (under and over 75kg), Seniors (up to and over 70kg, 80kg, 90kg), Ladies Body Fitness and Ladies Bikini.
The overall winner of the day was Joey Koffman.
