GOLF NEWS - It was a day to remember for the Nomads Southern Cape golf club as they gathered at Goose Valley Golf Club on Sunday 22 March for their highly anticipated monthly game.
The event was a spectacular success, due in no small part to the magnificent venue.
Players described the course as absolutely fantastic, presented in perfect playing condition. A gentle breeze and clear skies provided the ideal backdrop for a superb day of golf.
Camaraderie was the order of the day and everyone enjoyed a fine time.
The club extends a special and heartfelt thank you to Goose Valley Golf Club for generously hosting them, to the club members for their warm welcome and to the entire staff, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional service ensured the day ran smoothly from start to finish.
They also thank all the players, whose enthusiasm made the event memorable.
As always with Nomads gatherings, the competition was spirited, and the day concluded with the recognition of various winners across different categories. The coveted prizes on the day featured substantial and impressive meat hampers.
It was truly another highlight on the Nomads calendar, set against one of the Southern Cape’s premier golfing gems.

B-Division: Francoise Blom - 39 points
C-Division: Glen Boscombe - 41 points
