• Mamelodi Sundowns beat Golden Arrows 1-0 at the Magogo Stadium in December as Bangaly Soumahoro scored the game’s only goal in the sixth minute. Sundowns had 52.6 percent possession in the match, outshooting Golden Arrows 15-11. Arrows managed just one shot on target all match.
• Mamelodi Sundowns have won their last three PSL matches against Golden Arrows, keeping a clean sheet in all three matches. The previous league meeting was a goalless draw, as Arrows haven’t scored in 380 minutes of PSL football against Sundowns dating back to Ryan Chapman’s winning goal in September 2015.
