The sixteen provincial affiliates of Cricket South Africa will participate in the tournament.
On Thursday 20 November an SA Schools XI, which will be selected from the top achievers, will take on the SWD provincial team at the Bridgton Sport Grounds in Oudtshoorn.
SWD also hosted this event in 2007.
It is expected that Western Province, Boland, Northerns and Gauteng will emerge as the strongest teams in the tournament. The hosts, SWD, will play Western Province on the opening day at the REC Ground.

Saturday 15 December:
SWD vs WP (REC), Boland vs Northerns (Bridgton A), EP vs Gauteng (Military Sport Club), Mpumalanga vs KZN (Bridgton B), Limpopo vs Griquas (Langenhoven Gymnasium), North West vs Kei (Wesbank), KZN Inland vs Easterns (Oudtshoorn High) and Free State vs Border (Van Rheede).
Sunday 16 December:
Kei vs KZN Inland (REC), Gauteng vs WP (Bridgton A), Boland vs Border (Military Sport Club), Limpopo vs North West (Bridgton B), KZN vs WP (Langenhoven Gymnasium), Mpumalanga vs Northerns ((Wesbank Primary), KZN Inland vs EP (Oudtshoorn High) and Griquas vs Free State (Van Reede Primary).
