George team makes waves in club cricket

GEORGE CRICKET NEWS - Harlequins moved into the top three position of the SWD Premier League competition after they defeated Knysna Cavaliers by six runs in a low-scoring encounter.

Cavaliers were dismissed for 117 in reply to the Harlequins total of 123.

George (160/3 after 23,4 overs) remain in the top three of the log after a 7-wicket bonus point victory against Pioneers (168 all out). Jaco Fourie (61*) and Jaco Janse van Rensburg (50) were the batting heroes for George.
