GEORGE NEWS - "Umlilo" Burning Fire destroyed Bangalore FC after scoring two top-notch goals on Saturday afternoon, 24 February at the Lawaaikamp Stadium. The sensational winger Christiano Williams netted his brace for Burning Fire Football Club.
The wounded Bangalore FC failed to deal with the offensive play from Umlilo wingers.
Burning Fire are currently sitting at sixth position on the Geolfa log table with 12 points and are fighting their way up. They have played eight fixtures with four victories, one draw and three defeats.
The relegation candidate Bangalo FC is now at the bottom of the log table with four points after getting knocked in six fixtures.

The Geolfa League game started on a high note. Burning Fire was looking very sharp on the ball, going forward into the box with Bangalore FC on the defence. The talented Christiano Williams scored his first goal after offensive play on the right side of the field.
After his goal no more chances were created and both teams failed to break the net again in the first half. Burning Fire was leading 1-0 at half time.
The second half of the game started on fire with Burning Fire attacking on the right side of the field.
Bangalore FC players were trying every-thing to get them their first goal. Burning Fire received a corner kick after excellent footwork, but they missed their target from the corner kick and failed to score.
Their wingers launched an attack which Bangalore's defenders warded off using their pace on the ball. Christiano Williams netted his second goal to make it 2-0 after a solo effort on the right side of the field, managing to beat Bangalore FC goalkeeper Zolani Qatana for the second time.
Bangalore FC tried their best to get back in the game, but it was not their day and Umlilo went home with a 2-0 victory and maximum points.
