INTERNATIONAL NEWS - Dwayne Bravo has labelled the West Indies Cricket Board (WCIB) as “the most unprofessional board in the world”.
Just days after lifting the ICC World T20 title, the West Indian all-rounder described the board’s president Dave Cameron as “arrogant” and “very immature”.
According to Bravo, the team weren’t even provided with the correct playing kit for the tournament, saying the team manager had to leave the camp to organise uniforms and get numbers printed on the back whilst already in India.
Bravo says the “The country’s cricket is not in the right hands. We have not got a telephone call from any of the WICB officials or directors. That’s not a good thing. We know that they did not want or believe that we could win this tournament. It was basically us against them."
He also questioned as to how players like him, Gayle and Russell are being kept out of the West Indies ODI side.
