GEORGE NEWS - Grade 12 learners wrote their final exams on Monday and Tuesday and can now look forward to moving into the adult world.
George Herald visited York High School to talk with some of the learners about how they feel now that exams are done and school is finished forever.
Kaitlyn Macdonald said it feels amazing to finish. In 2025 she will study actuarial sciences or accounting at Stellenbosch. "It took a while, but I am happy to be done and believe my hard work through the years has paid off. "
Jesse van Heerden felt very normal after the exams. "It's the same now as how it started. I had a very relaxed exam," he said. He is going to study data science at Stellenbosch.
