PROPERTY NEWS - The results are in - and Fancourt is number four among the Top 10 most exclusive residential estates in South Africa.

The survey, by the global bank AfrAsia Bank and research group New World Wealth, rated the luxury estates on criteria that included design and space, communal gardens and parks, maintenance, location, security, scenery, activities and facilities. 

With three esteemed 18-hole golf courses - Montague, Outeniqua and The Links, a privately owned club, the researchers believe Fancourt is the top estate for golfers.
